  • Currently accepting a limited number of clients needing weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning of their home.

    An initial deep cleaning of the areas you would like addressed can be completed for the same hourly rate.

    Consultations are free.

    Hourly rate - $50

    All cleaning products and equipment are supplied.

    *Service provided only in the Chattanooga Tennessee and greater metropolitan area.

  • All cleaning products and equipment are supplied.

    $450 per unit (must be 2,000 square feet or less).

    $200 per each additional 1,000 square feet

    *Price breaks at 500 square feet.

    Example - $100 for additional 100 - 500 square feet.

    *Please call or email to schedule more than 2,000 square feet.

    $100 all cabinet and drawer interiors.

    $150 Range

    $150 Refrigerator

    $100 window interiors.

    *If windows are able to be opened inward, exteriors will be cleaned as well.

    Cleaning of the following are complimentary:

    Microwave

    Ceiling Fans (no higher than 8 foot ceiling)

    Light Fixtures (no higher than 8 foot ceiling)

    Baseboards

    Window Sills

    The following are not part of any contracted service.

    Blinds

    Exterior windows.

    Porches and patios.

    Hauling and disposal of large furniture.

    Hauling and disposal of trash.

    Carpet cleaning (other than vacuuming)

I am happy to provide a custom bid on your project should it not fall within the above parameters.
